ORCA was established by Reginald Young and Estella Weems the winter of 1985 in Pacifica, California. The early years targeted small business accounting applications in multi-user (UNIX) environments. As the open systems environment evolved to include networked PC’s, ORCA incorporated this technology into their multi-user solutions. These combined solution sets were leverage in consulting with larger clients providing network integration with existing legacy systems.
Recognizing workflow, imaging and document management opportunities as a consulting practice capitalizing on all of ORCA’s acquired skills, emphasis was shifted to providing the following sets:
